The S&D annual meeting is held the second weekend after Labor Day at the Lafayette Hotel located on the historic riverfront in Marietta, Ohio. The activities of this two day gathering include speakers, entertainment, displays, a banquet, boat rides, and special events of interest. Most important, it is a time for members with a wide range of interests in river history and culture to socialize.
